"Brother, life's a bitch... and she's back in heat." *

*"They Live" - Nada

Joe, Joe, Joe.

Senator Joe Lieberman (ID-CT) today issued the following statement on the election of Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States:

"I sincerely congratulate President-elect Obama for his historic and impressive victory. America remains a nation of extraordinary opportunity and the American people are a people of extraordinary fairness. Now that the election is over, it is time to put partisan considerations aside and come together as a nation to solve the difficult challenges we face and make our blessed land stronger and safer. I pledge to work with President-elect Obama and his incoming Administration in their efforts to reinvigorate our economy and keep our nation secure and free."

Many a rat-bastard has accussed me of being a smidge too hard on Joltin-Joey L. Well, you can bite my hairy Sicilian ass fellows (here is Heidi Klum's butt since it is much nicer than mine).

Remember, remember the fifth of November...

Remember, remember the Fifth of November,
The Gunpowder Treason and Plot,
I can think of no reason
Why the Gunpowder Treason
Should ever be forgot.
Guy Fawkes, Guy Fawkes, t'was his intent
To blow up the King and Parli'ment.
Three-score barrels of powder below
To prove old England's overthrow;
By God's providence he was catch'd
With a dark lantern and burning match.
Holloa boys, holloa boys, let the bells ring.
Holloa boys, holloa boys, God save the King!

Our "fifth of November" has come and gone my friends. Where Guy failed to spark the revolution, the United States of America experienced her own.

V would be proud that the sleeper finally woke up.

I'm not embarrassed to write this post

I haven't felt inspired in a very, very long time. I've felt very empty and adrift for several years now. No matter what I aspired to be, I felt the stifling weight of a reputation earned by a family who is looked down upon by the rest of the neighborhood for their shitty deeds. I felt like the good kid who couldn't escape the glare no matter what he did.

I have had few live heroes in my life - mine have always been fiction. I never looked up to my dad because he is such a flawed man. I'm just as flawed because I can never forgive him no matter how hard I try.

I never believed in anyone as much as I believed in my "heroes".

Superman showed me that strength does not only mean tough. There is forgiveness, curiosity, and wonder.

Batman taught me that no matter how dark the night, there is always hope.

James Tiberius Kirk taught me that risk is worth taking to truly be alive, that friendship is worth the sacrifice of everything, and that green chicks are HAWT!

I could name a dozen more characters that shaped me, but that isn't important now.

Barack Hussein Obama is inspiring me to continue growing as a man.
He is showing us how anger does not have to win.
He is offering to guide us on the path to being the inspirational leaders of the free world again.

Where America is the place the peoples of the world want to come for a better life.
Where we are welcomed and not feared.

We are better that where Bush Co. took us.

The world changed yesterday in a thousand ways. Obama is not a demigod who will give us the promised land. He is a flawed man who will inspire us to lead as he leads.

We owe this to the world

We owe this to ourselves.

We owe this to the hawt green women.

We are the luckiest people in the world!

We just ate five years of liver and now we get dessert.
This will not be easy and my feet are firmly on the ground, but I feel like we can be the people we deserve to be. The world wants this and so do I. The sad actions at of the people at McCain's concession speech reflects the worst in us. The crying black girl who could not stand after the announcement for Obama is the best.

Anger versus hope. I'll take hope every time.

I'm a writer and I live with my head in a fantasy world most of my life. I understand the ugliness of the world, but I choose hope. I'll be naive and die happily with hope still clutches in my cooling fingers.

I feel like the dark is not as scary any more because Obama stepped in with a lantern held high.

I'm not embarrassed to believe in him, believe in us, and believe in me.

Thank you for that gift already President-Elect Barack Hussein Obama

Joe Lieberman VS. Beni Gabor

FINAL COMBAT MATCHUP!

Beni Gabor: The weasel sidekick from "The Mummy"

VERSUS

Joe Lieberman: The weasel sidekick from the 2008 republican campaign.

FIGHT!!!!!

Beni was a turncoat who put his friend in danger by switching sides to serve evil master High Priest Imhotep.

Joe was a turncoat who put his party in danger by switching sides to serve honorless power hungry republican candidate John McCain.

Both men serve ancient reanimated madmen.

John McCain

Imhotep*

Beni got his in the end when beetles devoured his body.

Joe on the other hand...

Poligazette
"According to the Hill, Senator Joe Lieberman, one of the few independents in the United States Senate and former Democrat with an independent mind, may lose his chairmanship. Sources told the Hill that Democratic leaders want to oust Lieberman of his chairmanship of the Homeland Security Committee. If all goes to plan Lieberman will be replaced by the third ranking Democrat on the committee, Sen. Daniel Akaka (Hawaii). "

I guess they aren't so different after all.

A moment to remind you of what is decent and good about America

Thank you Heidi, thank you so much (sobbing).

This washes away the pain of Palin, Lieberman, McCain, and the GOP like a soothing rain.

Seriously, any girl who does a video like this for me I will marry tomorrow.
I'll get your green card if needed.

Seriously, start dancing.

McCain may win if you don't.

Big Damn Surprise Guys!

Palin campaign likely lied when saying she'd reveal medical records

John Byrne
Published: Monday November 3, 2008

Print This Email This

With no indication that Sen. John McCain's (R-AZ) presidential campaign will release Gov. Sarah Palin's medical records -- or even a single-page summary -- Palin's spokesmen appear to have lied when they said Palin would release details on her medical history.

Two weeks ago, Palin's campaign told several reporters on the trail that a summary of the Alaska governor's medical history would be made public before Election Day.

But there's no indication that even a single coversheet will be released, according to CNN.

"Reporters were told that details on Palin's medical background would be released early last week," CNN reports. "Last Thursday, after that timeframe had passed, a campaign aide backed off the previous pledge, saying the campaign wasn’t sure when the information would be released."

By most accounts, Palin appears to be in good health. But some -- including conservative pundit Andrew Sullivan -- have raised questions about whether Palin's decision not to release any medical data has to do with the birth of her son, Trig, at 43. Sullivan has documented myriad inconsistencies in the governor's account of her son's birth.

After her water broke in her eighth month of pregnancy, while out of town to give a speech, Palin did not go to the hospital and instead called her doctor over the phone.

"I think that the majority of obstetricians, given a 44 year old with 4 previous deliveries and a known Down syndrome pregnancy at less than term with a question of ruptured membranes, would advise her to be seen at a hospital (especially if out-of-town and the question of traveling was on the table) to have these tests performed; given the malpractice risk, very few would be comfortable making the diagnosis over the phone," said one obstetrician Sullivan quotes.

McCain, Obama and Delaware Sen. Joseph Biden (D-DE) have all offered some details about their medical history -- however limited. Obama provided a letter from his personal physician saying he was in good health; McCain offered select reporters a timed glimpse into his medical file, but has not made any part of his file public.

California GOP Files FEC Complaint Over Obama Visit to Grandmother

By Matthew Mosk
Perhaps the most ill-timed press release of the 2008 campaign arrived shortly after 1:30 p.m. today, sent by the Republican National Committee.

The release forwarded word that the California Republican Party filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission, in part because of a visit Sen. Barack Obama made to his dying grandmother.

"Obama for America violated federal law by converting its campaign funds to Senator Obama's personal use," the release stated. "Senator Obama recently traveled to Hawaii to visit his sick grandmother. This was the right thing for any grandson to do -- at his own expense -- but it was not travel that his campaign may fund."

At issue was whether the trip should have been paid for with campaign funds, based on the law that forbids candidates from using such funds to pay for personal travel. The Obama campaign said the trip had been vetted with lawyers beforehand and was allowable. The Republicans argued that, because Obama did not campaign during the quick journey to Hawaii, it should not have been a campaign expense.

But filing the complaint today now seems to have been ill-advised, if not legally, then certainly politically.

Obama and his sister released a statement this afternoon announcing that their grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, died peacefully after a battle with cancer.

Republican fears of historic Obama landslide unleash civil war for the future of the party

Jim Nuzzo, a White House aide to the first President Bush - telegraph.co.uk

"He said: "Win or lose, there is a ready made conservative candidate waiting in the wings. Sarah Palin is not the new Iain Duncan Smith, she is the new Ronald Reagan." On the accuracy of that judgment, perhaps, rests the future of the Republican Party."

Editorial Cartoon: The O-Faces of Palin

This is why we call Cormac "DaMan"

B: Hey Rocky, watch me pull a maverick out of hat!

R: Again? That trick never works!

B: Button up my sleeve, presto!

SP: Must kill moose and squirrel, you betcha!

B: Woo, gotta get a new hat!

Cormac Brown

The real culprit behind the Ashley Todd attacks.

It is a sad state of affairs when a patriotic campaign worker cannot go to an ATM without being attacked. Article details at The Huffington Post

The young woman claims that a big black man attacked her and carved a "B" for Barack on her face when the mugger discovered she worked for th McCain campaign. However, suspicions were raise when it was realized that the "B" was reversed as if carved while looking into a mirror.

We've uncovered the true facts behind this attack and discovered she had really been attacked. Not by an Obama supporter as was claimed, but by someone who had been interrupted during his assault and did not finish with his lettering.

The attacker was none other than...

Doctor Buckaroo Banzai of the Banzai Institute!!!!

I simply have no idea why the famous brain surgeon, physicist, musician would do such an evil and terrible act.

Clearly, the reverse "B" is just the start of the full logo Buckaroo was placing on this poor woman's face.

I pray to god that someone will bring Buckaroo Banzai and his Hong Kong Caviliers to justice and soon!

Damn you Buckaroo for forcing me to believe in you when you were really just a monster pretending to save the world!

Damn you Buckaroo.
